The school, founded in September, 1989 and situated at Phase II, Tsing Yi Estate, Tsing Yi Island, New Territories, is the third government subsidized primary school run by Yan Chai Hospital. It was named after the Supervisor as well as Permanent Advisor of the Board of Directors of Yan Chai Hospital, Mrs. CHIU TSANG Hok Wan, JP.
