Nobel Preschool and Nobel Arts and Language Academy (NALA) were founded by Prof. Alice Chiu-Tsang Hok Wan to provide a world-class bilingual early childhood education to serve the community across the People’s Republic of China. Building on the foundation of the Hong Kong-based Parkview International Preschool (PIPS) and Hong Kong Preschool established in 1989 and 1997 respectively, Nobel aims at creating a happy, inviting and motivating bilingual learning environment for educating our next generation. Nobel, as a learning organization, aims at offering a structured base for all participants to take active roles in the continual learning process and the creation of new knowledge for the 21st Century global community.
